ABSTRACT:
Expansion of modern civilisation
affects the nature day by day, disturbing the balance in human organism and
his environment, that gives an opportunity for develop different kinds of diseases.
They can be consequence of several factors, including chemical food contamination,
mutations of microorganisms, changes in atmosphere composition, climatic conditions
and microclime in particular regions, changes in cycling of nutritive substances
in soil, decompensation of waste and organic material. All of these factors
point to need for protecting nature and opening healthy localities with adequate
scientific valorisation of air, microclime, water and food, and healthrecreational
contents. Any of this health centres should have data of air chemical composition
and possible contamination with microorganisms, mould spores and other allergens,
These data can be helpful for physicians (pulmologists, allergologists, cardiologists
etc), and useful to potential locality users during whole year. Such centres
must offer a biologically produced food and natural water with declaration and
expert controls. It is known that food, with nutritive substances, can help
in prevention and convalescence in subjects with respiratory, circulating and
other health disturbances. Healthy localities must exclude motor-traffic and
potential industrial contaminants of air, water and soil. Besides basic nature
prerequisite conditions, health localities must provide medical, recreational
and cultural contents. Developing bio- or eco-agriculture (countryside tourism),
apiculture and beeproducts, medical plants, fruit-growing and mountain cattle-breeding,
and education of potential users (Eco-school), we can provide an excellent support
to medical locality, and also offer a high quality tourism offer.
